Changes:

Optimized directory listing for Lynx text client
Modified Server UI.
Added new properties of config.json "enableLogging" and "enableDirectoryListing".
Added "--clean" and "--reset" arguments.
Fixed security vulnerability: The block is only covering part of SVR.JS
Fixed bug: Not saving config.json on Linux.
Added multi-threading.
